About the role

As an Infrastructure Engineer you’ll be responsible for bringing to life our new technical advancements and responding to incidents, for our Executive team.

Your role will be to support the Executive team through our evolving digital transformation into a modern workplace and be on hand to ensure they have the essential tools and technology to effectively run and deliver important strategic meetings and workshops.

You’ll own complex incidents, collaborating with our wider technical teams as required to enable you to troubleshoot and resolve technological issues brought to you by C-Suite level stakeholders.

You’ll act as a single point of contact to stakeholders and as such we require you to have a mix of excellent End User engineering skills and the ability to excel when it comes to building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with our Exec team, all the way up to our CEO.

Although we operate a Hybrid work environment, this role will require a level of flexibility when it comes to having an onsite presence and the ability to visit our Headquarters in Binley at short notice in the event of an incident or urgent onsite support.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced End User Engineer with demonstrable and broad expertise in your specialist area. Previous experience of supporting digital transformations.

You’ll be a motivated and engaged team member, working collaboratively with peers to achieve shared objectives, whilst being comfortable to work with a level of autonomy.

You’ll have a willingness and aptitude for learning new systems and processes, and you’ll be proactive in driving your continuous development.

Experience working with both Agile and Scrum would be desirable.
